Please come by and make yourself at home at the NEW 1111 Main. Our brand new facility at 1111 Main St, St Helena feature all your old favorites. However, we have added a full yoga room and pilates room!

We will be adding to our already growing schedule in the coming months. So feel free to check the schedule weekly.

Indoor Cycling Room. Ever day of the week features a 9am indoor cycling class and Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Please check our schedule for up to the minute schedules!

Napa Soul Halloween Indoor Cycling Class!

Napa Soul will take just about any opportunity to celebrate, and Halloween is no exception! We asked our students to wear their costumes for our Halloween Class and they looked great! Including Napa Soul owner’s Carolyn and Perry Butler!
