We now offer metaphysical crystals for sale here at 1111 Main. These beautiful crystals of many variations can be used to channel good energy and healing into your body.
These crystals are natural and have not been altered to look artificially “pretty” like many of the jewels we see for sale today. They are natural beauties that can evoke strong feelings of passion if you feel the right connection.

Please come by and make yourself at home at the NEW 1111 Main. Our brand new facility at 1111 Main St, St Helena feature all your old favorites. However, we have added a full yoga room and pilates room!
We will be adding to our already growing schedule in the coming months. So feel free to check the schedule weekly.

Napa Soul Halloween Indoor Cycling Class!
Napa Soul will take just about any opportunity to celebrate, and Halloween is no exception! We asked our students to wear their costumes for our Halloween Class and they looked great! Including Napa Soul owner’s Carolyn and Perry Butler!
